Meetings commence at 10 am and are open to the Public. 
Proposals are accepted throughout the year but must be received 30 days prior to the meeting at which they will be presented. November and January meetings have been designated to hear proposals. A mechanism is in place to accept Emergency Requests, which may be submitted 2 weeks prior to any established meeting. All Emergency Requests are subject to Chair and Administrator approval, waiver of the established two week guideline may be given by the Chair or Administrator on a case by case basis.

REQUESTS FOR FUNDING ARE ACCEPTED AT ANY TIME THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. 

PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE MEETING 
AT WHICH THEY WILL BE PRESENTED.
